Food Chemistry – Section Leader

Casey has been with us for almost 5 years, starting on a temporary contract in the biochemistry/trace element section. She has a strong chemistry background with a Masters in Chemistry from Otago University. 

Outside of work Casey enjoys spending time with her husband and her kitten Diablo, playing video games and watching reruns of TV shows, and playing hours of SingStar non-stop.
